out of curiosity, what ARE some of the problems you have with/you see in the "Men Can Stop Rape Campaign"? and what specifically in "Where Do You Stand"?

My biggest problem with Where Do You Stand? is in the execution. It’s a fantastic idea that shows how men can stand up against rape.

But the way they show it makes it seem like women need men. That women can’t defend themselves. Like, women get trapped in bad situations with asshole men and other enlightened men had to fend him off.

The theme of men having the strength is seen throughout Men Can Stop Rape. I doubt it’s intentional, but it’s irritating and problematic.
